In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I would like some assistance regarding the Paypal payment.
When paying for a service, Paypal declines the payment and returns a message like "doesn't comply with international regulations".

This might already out of scope from your end but maybe you had some knowledge from your other clients on how to fix this issue.

To be honest, I haven't seen that error so far with PayPal so I can't tell where it could be coming from, unfortunately. I'm afraid that something that you need to check/setup in your PayPal account or reach out to them to see what is the issue causing this.
The often error that could happen with PayPal in Amelia - is the error - Error in processing payment , and it is mostly caused by providing wrong PayPal credentials in Amelia or using Sandbox cred with Live mode or vice versa.
