We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Team Amelia,
I'm not sure if this is an issue or a limitation in using this plugin. You see whenever I'm trying to book an appointment in our website I'm expecting for this booking to be added to my personal calendar with a Zoom link generated with it. However, I'm not able to see that happening every time I add my booking to my calendar. Also, the Zoom link is neither present as well on the associated Google Calendar account in Amelia.
While I can see from the backend that Amelia had indeed generated a Zoom link with my particular test booking, it's not showing on both front end calendars where it should be.
I've attached a Loom video link here so please try to check that one out as well.
Hope you can help me on this. Thanks.
Hi Ardy,
For any information about appointments in Amelia, you want to have in your Google calendar, you can add placeholders to the fields Event Title and Event Description which you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Google calendar settings. You can find all the placeholders when you click on </>Show Email Placeholders in Amelia -> Notifications, by clicking on the placeholder in the list you copy it and then you can paste that placeholder to the above mentioned fields in Amelia Settings. So, this applies to Zoom links as well, you need to add the Zoom placeholder to these aforementioned fields.
Could you please tell me have you already added the Zoom placeholder to these fields in Amelia Google CAlendar settings? And they don't work? Have you checked the exact appointment for which the event in your Google calendar is created, whether it has Zoom meeting in the back-end of Amelia?
