How can I send the ics-File with the email notification when I send the booking confirmation email. For now the the ics-File is only sent with the "Pending" notification. And this makes no sense for the customer.
Apologies for replying a bit later, we had some non-working days due to a holiday in our country.
The ICS file in notifications can be sent only in the first notification sent to the customer, whether it is the Pending or the Approved notification, and there isn't a possibility of sending it only for the Approved appointment notifications with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately. You can suggest that as a feature request here.

I'd like to chime in on this change as well, and will definitely submit a feature request. The logic where ICS file in notifications are only sent in the first notification to customer makes no sense. It's opening another can of worm and throws confusion to customers for sure.
