I would like know how synchronize amelia agenda with google agenda. See attached, the "climatisation BISPLIT " appointment made at the same time as another. The employee should be unavailable according to his agenda..

Could you please check if you have enabled the option Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings? Also, if you have some bigger number of Busy events in Google please increase the number for the option Maximum Number Of Events Returned: , which you will find in Google Calendar Settings as well.

Also, please note that employees are connected to only one Google calendar - the main calendar in their Google account, so if they have more calendars in their Google account check if the Busy events are on the main calendar which is connected to Amelia.
