Unfortunately, that is not possible with built-in features. You need to create this functionality with JS like this

jQuery(window).on('load', function() {
jQuery('#table_1-checkbox-28 .wdt-checkbox-filter,#table_1-checkbox-29 .wdt-checkbox-filter,#table_1-checkbox-30 .wdt-checkbox-filter').each(function( index ) {
  if(jQuery(this).val() == 0 ){
      jQuery(this).siblings('.wdt-checkbox-label').text('No')
  }else if(jQuery(this).val() == 1 ){
       jQuery(this).siblings('.wdt-checkbox-label').text('Yes')
  }
});
});

and to insert it on CUSTOM JS filed on CUSTOM JS AND CSS tab in the plugin settings. If you have more filters like this then you can adjust this function only for some tables.
