In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Why does the calendar default to 12:00am as see in the attachment? Also why are not my employees showing up? I need to refresh the browser multiple times before the employees show up.

Apologies for the delayed response, we had some non-working days due to a holiday.
Could you please tell me do you have work hours available for some of the employees and appointments before 12AM? The times in the calendar view are based on the employees' work hours and appointments in Amelia.
Regarding the employees not showing up - please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The plug in seems to be very sluggish. Most of the time I need to refresh my browser multiple times before the appointments screen comes up. I notice the default setting is weekly and I need to switch to daily before the plug in is responsive. Can you not set the default setting for calendar and appointments to current day?

We haven't had such behavior so far, maybe there is some issue with connection to the server/database on your website and that is why you need to refresh the page.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look at the issue with refreshing. Also, please check your server error log if there are any errors there related to this issue.

There isn't a possibility of setting the default view to be Daily with Amelia's current features, unfortunately, but you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it.
