PLEASE HELP! I added the Amelia booking to my website. Clients can choose their date and time, but they cannot fill out their name and email address to actually book the time slot. What am I missing??? I have spent HOURS on this.

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends and we had some non-working days due to a holiday in our country.
I can see and fill in the fields properly on your website, please look at the attachment. If in your case they are pre-filled and can't be edited it is because you are logged in to WordPress or to the Amelia customer panel - in this case the user is recognized by the form and their info is pre-filled. So, to test bookings please use incognito mode or do that while logged out from WP.
