We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
One feature that Amelia does not have, which other booking programs do have, is the ability to add more than one attendee to a meeting (entered by a single person).
I am trying to switch over to Amelia from Schedule Once, but many of my clients need the ability to do this and it is making it hard for me to do the switch.
Any plans in making this happen?
Hi, Venessa!
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
And thank you for choosing Amelia.
I'm not sure I completely understand the scenario you'd like to have.
If by "meeting" you mean an Appointment, then it can be a group one. Also, more attendees can be added through Extras.
So, please, clarify, how exactly it's supposed to work.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Currently you have two types of groups.
1. Where it could be multiple people registering independently from different places into a single appointment.
2. Where they can select "bringing someone with you" and choose 2, 3 ,4 etc... however only one email is collected and invited.
What my current tool has is a field for additional attendees where you can add emails separated by a comma and they get added to the Google Calendar invitation.
Hi, Venessa!
Thank you for the clarification.
I can't tell you when exactly this feature will be implemented. But it is definitely on our to-do list. However, you can speed the process up by submitting a feature request on our website. Our developers work on the most requested features in the first place.
We would be glad to answer any other questions you may have.
