Thank you for your understanding, and we wish you a wonderful holiday weekend!
Greetings.
I'm looking for a booking plugin that can be used for a lasertag arena. But I want it to support a special feature:
I have found many booking plugins that offer timeslot-based booking (e.g. you book 3 games,15mins per game=45 mins).
But I want people to be able to choose when they want to play the games (e.g. game 1: 3pm, game 2: 3.30pm, game 3: 4pm). And I want this to be easy accessible so that people can book the amount of games they want in one go and not like: choose playtime 1, add to cart, back to booking page, choose 2nd time and so on. It wouldalso be great if there could be any kind of functionality that automatically gives a discount if you put 4 or more games into your shopping cart. Is that possible?
Does Amelia offer that kind of features?
Kind regards,
Mario Berndt
Hi, Mario!
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
And thank you for your interest in Amelia.
1. Unfortunately, multiple bookings are not available in Amelia at the moment. But it is on our to-do list for future updates.
However, something similar can be achieved through Packages. It's a new feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). But in that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, so your customers won't be able to pick random services. You can see more information here.
Please note that the Packages feature is only available for Amelia Pro and Developer licenses.
2. I'm afraid, Amelia has no feature that would allow reducing prices automatically. There are two ways to fix it: if you use Packages, then you can make a discounted price for the whole package (let's say 5 appointments for the price of 4); if you use common Services, you can add Coupons, but it's supposed to be done manually.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
