We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I would like to know if there are some plans on allowing to set up different notification texts for each service. It is really complicated to try to set up a general message for all services, and this would help too on multilingual sites.
As a quick approach, it would be nice if there was a way to disable the follow-up message on some services (even if this is code-made). For example I wanted to add a "let your review" message on the follow up email, but this doesn't apply well to the free services. So it would be a workaround if I could at least disable this message only for some services. But even better if I could set up a different message.
Also, when you have services that connect with zoom and others that don't, or when you have the option to meet personally or online, the message should be different.

Unfortunately, I can't tell you when various notifications will be implemented. But they are definitely on our to-do list. However, you can speed the process up by submitting a feature request on our website as well.
