    Hello, am I able to fully customize a scheduling calendar to my heart's content, or is it limited? Currently I am on Squarespace/Acuity but considering moving to Wordpress.


    1. I need the customer to first select what frequency they want (once, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and then for the calendar of availability to show up (based on what they selected... currently it just shows all availability and enables them to for example select next Monday 2/8 even though there are no spots available on Monday 2/22... 2/8 should not have been given as an option to bi-weekly clients). This is SOOOO important and Acuity does not offer this.


    2. I need a $50 travel fee to be added when they book in certain cities.


    3. I need a warning to show up when someone tries to book in any other county other than 3 counties I will provide to you saying that we do not currently service their area.


    4. Currently I need to manually refund each time a refund goes through. I would like for when they cancel an appt. for that to happen automatically. I use Square fyi. I would need to keep my current policy which is 48 hours advance notice, meaning that less than 48 hours means if they click on cancel, they will not be able to cancel the appointment.


    5. Another reason Acuity is not good enough, even though the recurring payments go through infinitely, the appointments are only scheduled for 8-24 sessions in advance... AND the clients need to do this in 2 separate steps so if I don't get to it in time, there is a possibility that someone could purchase a weekly cleaning and only have one appointment.

    Thanks so much for your interest and sorry for the late reply.

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve what you have described with the Amelia plugin. 

    It is not possible to change the flow in our booking forms at the moment, also we do not have option to add travel fee based on location.
