We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi there,
I have just about finished setting up the booking system on this website now for my client, however she needs a different email sending to customers depending on which employee they are booked with. This is because each employee will be using their own individual Zoom accounts and therefore the links will be different for each one (which is why I can't use the Zoom integration feature). It's not possible for them to all use the same Zoom account as there will be bookings for services taking place at the same time....
Is there a way to customise the emails so they are different for each customer based on which employee they are booked with?
Thank you for your help and I hope this makes sense!
Mark
Hello, Mr. Mark Martin!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Unfortunately, it is not possible with the built-in features at the moment. Amelia has only one template for each notification.
Maybe it can be achieved through webhooks since Amelia can send the appointment's data to another tool after each booking. So, if you're familiar with implementing such solutions, you can give it a try. In our documentation, we provided an example of using webhooks in Amelia with Zapier so you can check that out here.
Otherwise, you can suggest this feature on our website. Our developers work on the most requested features in the first place, so leaving a request or voting for an existing one really makes sense.
We would be glad to answer any other questions you may have.
