    I am starting the configuration of the amellia plugin and I am entering the new categories and services. It allows me to add these two fields but later they are not saved.
    A similar thing happens to me with employees since I have sent emails to two employees but later they are not registered on the web.

    How could we fix that?

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    Could you please confirm that the issue is that you can't create services/categories at all? Do you get any errors or it seems like they are created but they are not? 

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
