We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Is there a cell value placeholder? My use case is for conditional formatting--I would like to be able to set a css class or cell value based on the value of the cell, e.g. 'value-%CELL_VALUE%'.
Hello John
We don't have a cell value placeholder.
There is an option to set Cell CSS Class based on the value, though:
So, if the cell value matches or doesn't match a certain value, add a class. In the last field simply type in the name of the class, and define that class in wpDataTables settings/Custom JS and CSS/Custom CSS field.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Yeah, unfortunately that means I have to enter a separate rule for every possible value, and if the data changes I have to remember to add a rule for any new values. With a cell value placeholder it would be one rule here, then handle everything in the theme's css. Any chance of adding this as a feature request?
Hello John,
Sorry for the delay in our responses, has been national holidays in our country for the last two days.
Aleksandar is on vacation and I will help you out.
Yes, that right.
Thank you for your suggestion. We carefully follow customers' requirements and try to implement most of them if they appear in requests from time to time, so we will add to our idea list and look into some possible solutions on the plugin side in the future.
We constantly strive to make our product better, and deliver the most value for our end users - so please share your feedback on what features you need in the next versions on this link.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
