We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello,

    I have woo commerce and amelia working together in the products, but not in the add-on items. How can I get the amelia to link the add-ons to a product in woo commerce?

    I want to add more detail to this ticket. I was reading that you do not support down payment yet, but this is planned in a future update soon. This would be very good, I want this feature. 

    Also, I want you to add the ability to link an Add-on to a woo commerse product. This would allow us to use the down payment settings in the woo commerse integration instead of having to add down payments to amelia... I hope this is possible.

    Thank you for using Amelia.

    That's correct: we have a down payment on our to-do list and it will be included in one of the coming updates.

    However, I'm not sure our developers consider adding a feature that would allow linking Amelia add-ons to WooCommerce products soon. Please leave a request on our website. So, our developers will see that there's a demand for such functionality.
