In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi there,
I would like to enquire about a feature and if it is not possible, I would like to request that this feature is added to future updates.
Many of my customers purchase a block of hours to reserve classes, then I give them a coupon code to use during the reservation process.
My question is, when they cancel a class, is there anyway for the system to return one instance of the used coupon, back to them? This would create A LOT LESS work for my team.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
We've included a new feature in v3.0.2, though - Packages. You can now create a package of the appointments you want to offer, so people either book all their appointments at once, or purchase a package, and then book the appointments through their Customer Panel.
That'd be a lot easier than working with discount coupons, plus if they cancel an appointment, they'd still be able to log into their panel and purchase a new appointment.
