I received an email to download the latest Report Builder and wpdatatables updates.
I downloaded RB and uploaded the plugin to my Wordpress.
Site broke after after that... The Report Builder button disappeared. When i click on Plugins, i get "There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions."
Hi Alexander. I have wpdatatables. What happened is, after the RB upgrade, i saw a 'successful' message. Then i went to the plugins page (to see if i have to activate something) and saw a message 'this RB plugin only works with version xx of wpdatatables'. After I refreshed the page (F5), the plugins page is no longer available. I can no longer access the plugins of the entire site (not just RB). I will try your suggestion asap. Thank you.

All I did was upload the Report Builder plugin update. Then I received this error message "Report Builder add-on requires wpDataTables version 3.3. Please update wpDataTables plugin to be able to use it!". After that, all the plugins of the entire site can't be accessed.
Should i have updated the wpdatatables plugin first?
