This new update now has rendered the plug in inactive. No customers or my employees can schedule appointments. I would like you to remote into my website and determine the problem.
Could you please confirm - it isn't possible to book appointments in Amelia on both the front-end and in the back-end?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I cannot book appointments on the front end and it is intermitted when I can book appointments on the back end.
