We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have followed detailed instructions from the link below to integrate google calendar with my Ameila Installations.
https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/
I completed the steps very carefully, but the integration is not functioning in any way. Could you please suggest any troubleshooting steps.
I am generally unfamiliar with the google developer tools.

Diarmuid
Hi, Diarmuid!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Let me clarify some details:
1. Did you get any errors while configuring the integration?
2. What exactly doesn't work? Please note that bust slots in Google Calendar won't be visible in Amelia's back-end, they will only be unavailable for bookings. So, this integration is not fully 2-way yet.
3. Could you please tell if you connected your Employees to their Google calendars successfully? If yes, have you enabled the option "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Google Calendar Settings?
4. Also, please increase the number for the option "Maximum Number Of Events Returned", which you will find in Google Calendar Settings as well.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi Liza,
Thank you for your response, since I posted that comment, the calendars started syncing without any additional work from me. I can only assume there was some sort of approval process within Google which needed a few days to complete, as I had never set up anything like that before.
Many thanks for your help.
Diarmuid
