We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

When Creating A Table From Scratch, is it possible to add custom colors to the color-picker presented when editing text color? Is there a function to hook into or something?

    Thanks!

    Hi Michael

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Yes, you can add custom colors by entering the HEX or RGB code of the desired color in the box shown below. Currently we do not support hooks in simple tables.

I hope this helps, do let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.

    Hi Blaženka,

Thanks for the reply! I should have been more clear...

I know how to set a custom color but I'm wondering if there's a way to add a custom color to the color swatches displayed.

I'm trying to configure this plugin for a client and I'd like to display their brand colors in the collection of color swatches, if possible.

    Thanks!

    Hi Michael

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the default color palette, the only way to set a custom color is by using the color codes.

If there is anything else we can assist you with please don't hesitate to contact us.
