    Dear TMS Plugins Support,

I noticed in the default Metadata sent to WooCommerce that there is the Extras information being sent

This is from the default Metadata:

    Extras:Additional Mentorship Sessions (1h) (x3)

That means there should be a placeholder for that, but I cannot find it (I admit, I did not try ALL placeholders for appointments...but many of them).

Because I am customizing my Metadata that is sent to WooCommerce, I would like to add the booked extras as well too, but what is the placeholder name for that? (and of course, the booked quantity so x3 x7 etc. - just like in the default version)

    Thank you very much!

    Best wishes,

    Christian

    Hello Christian,

When you create an extra for a service, the placeholders for that extra will be created in the placeholders list on the Amelia -> notifications page. There are placeholders for extra name, price and quantity - and this is an example how it should look like %service_extra_1_name%. So , if you created extras you should have these placeholders in the list when you click on </> Show Email Placeholders on the Notifications page.

    Dear Marija,

thank you for giving me a placeholder name! Unfortunately, Amelia does not give me these placeholders as options in the Show Email Placeholders, even after creating extras for services.

    Perhaps this is a bug?

I also experimented a bit, and figured out that %service_extra_1_quantity% is also a valid placeholder. Are there any others for extras? I am trying to figure out how to add, just like in the default Amelia metadata the "x" to extras like this "Extra1_Name x Extra1_Qty" and not show the x when there is no Extra1 for the booked service.

    Best wishes,

    Christian

    You are welcome, Christian.

Yes, there is some issue with the extras placeholders in version 3.0.2 of Amelia, unfortunately. Sorry for any inconveniences this have caused. The issue will be fixed in the next update of Amelia. TO fix this now on your website, please unzip the file in the attachment in your Amelia plugin and check and let me know if the issue is gone afterwards.
