Good morning,
We have a community room that we allow local organizations to reserve and use free of charge whenever it is available. The only thing that we really require is their credit card/payment details in the event that damages occur while the room is in use.
Does the Amelia plugin offer an option, either through itself or through Woocommerce integration, to "hold" credit card/payment details until the organization has finished using the room?

Amelia itself does not have an option of "holding" this type of information. However, as we are integrated with WooCommerce, you can check with their support if the payment methods on their end have this option available.
