We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    is it possible to restrict the number of persons per booking for an event to 2?

    Yes, it is. You can set the Maximum capacity to 2. It can work for Services and Events (so, choose Amelia -> Services -> Edir Service or Amelia -> Events -> Edit event respectively).

    If you use Services, then it will look like that:

    If you use Events, then you should look for "Maximum allowed spots":

    Please note, that you also should disable "Allow booking above maximum capacity" in Amelia -> Settings -> Appointments.

    Hi,

    I think I did not formulate my question right.


    We have events, not appointments,  for 30 persons and people can book for themselves and max 1 extra person in one booking.

    Thank you for the clarification.

    Unfortunately, something like this isn't possible at the moment. You can either allow or disable bringing additional people but setting up the number of persons that customers can add is not possible.

    However, we are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this feature on our website. The most requested features will be implemented in the coming updates.
