We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Hi there, There are 7 services existing under the same category (see screenshot) and yet only 5 of them show in my shortcode in the above URL. I created 5 services first and added the last 2 afterwards but still they don't show in the shortcode. I have tried all shortcodes and cleared all caches and don't know what else to do. Can you help please?

The problematic URL is changed to https://www.synergycareers.ie/book-your-career-guidance-consultation-test/ . I need to resolve this urgently please.

    Hello, Noelle!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

And sorry for the delayed response.

Can you please go to Service -> Service Details and check if you have this enabled:

    2g2jaMv779DOMM6Gmvks3SNTkjNYpSBHDqOSBsZptxO6EJfXUz83pwYzukSUJPoDYwskt3MPq3DXsNeeEviw-lIX1kYaw_ME3fo03r8IDKqKjbmCaV5FIphmF8bmdDMzBy5AK2KR

If this is disabled, that Service will not be displayed on the front-end.

Also, please check if you have assigned at least one Employee to that Service - both in that Service modal and in the Employee's modal on the Amelia -> Employees page -> Assigned Services? If you have, go to the Employee's profile, and make sure there’s no conflict between Employee’s Working hours and Service Settings. If your Employee has different time periods on working days, check that this Service is assigned to them:

    Hope that will help.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi Liz, Thank you for your reply. Yes, you solved it, I hadn't assigned the service to the working hours of the employee. All resolved now, thanks so much!
