Extras time set to zero

    Dear TMS Plugins Support,

I have been reading quite a bit and it seems, there are quite a few people that would like to have extra services, but in the same timeframe as the main service.

Would it be possible to set the duration of the extra service to zero? I already have the option to set it to 1 minute, but it looks very unprofessional when booking an appointment that ends at :01 or :31

Of course, this would work only in combination with hiding the extra service duration, but that is easily doable with css from what I gather.

I suppose this would alleviate a lot of pressure on the development team, and while it's still a workaround, I believe it is a good and quick fix to something that has been requested quite a bit.

So...how can I set the extras duration to 0 min?

    Thank you in advance!

    Best wishes,

    Christian

    Hello Christian,

There isn't a possibility to set 0 as duration of the extra, but you can disable the duration - so no duration is added, it won't be shown as 0 but / . So, if you want to remove the duration for the already created extra, you need to edit it and just remove the duration set for the extra and save it (you will see the remove button when you hover the field) and when you create the extra you should just leave the Duration field empty. Please look at the attachments.

    Dear Marija!

FANTASTIC! Thank you! I didn't even know Amelia has this already built in!

Now the only thing needed, is to hide that Duration: and / from selecting the extra. Do you perhaps have the css code for that?

Thanks again for the support! It's exactly what I needed

    Best wishes,

    Christian

    Hello Christian,

    You are welcome!

It can be hidden  on the front-end with adding custom CSS to the page, please send me the URL of the page where you have the Amelia booking form and I will help out with the CSS.
