We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear TMS Plugins Support,
I am trying to get the correct info into WooCommerce cart, but I am running into a problem - the %package_appointments_details% is not updated as I configure it.
Flow:
I set up in Amelia>Payments> Set Metadata> Packages the placeholder (%package_appointments_details%)
Then I go to Amelia> Notifications> Package Purchased> Package Appointments List and edit there what I want that placeholder to contain > Save placeholder and Save again for the Notification
But after all that, the metadata sent to WooCommerce is unchanged.
Any insights on this?
Thank you!
Best wishes,
Christian
Hello Christian
I was able to replicate the issue on my end, so the ticket has been forwarded to one of our developers for debugging.
As soon as I hear from him, I will let you know.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar!
Thank you for letting me know! It's a relief that it was not something I didn't do...
Speaking of this placeholder though...what can I do so that each appointment in the package is listed one per line rather than all on the same line. The reason I am asking is that if the customer can book 5 appointments at the same time, there is no visual separator between the dates, and it gets confusing with so many dates and times on the same line...
Thank you kindly,
Best wishes,
Christian
Hello Christian,
Apologies for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends and we had some non-working days due to a holiday in our country. Aleksandar is out of the office so I will try to help out.
There isn't a possibility of changing the way the data is shown using a placeholder in Amelia, unfortunately. You can suggest that as a feature request here, and I will add it to our list so it can be considered for implementation in the future.
Hi Marija,
I just added this as a feature request. It's important, because if the customer books multiple appointments at once and all the dates and times are appearing on the same line - it becomes very confusing
Thanks!
Best wishes,
Christian
Thanks Christian!
I hope we'll be able to make these changes soon, but I cannot guarantee anything. This being a bug surely places it on top of actual feature requests, so it should be resolved relatively soon.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
