Hi there,
I'm trying to set a welcome email notification to new customers. I guess the correct way to do this is the "Customer Panel Access" notification. But I have configured this notification and no email is arriving. What am I doing wrong? Is there any way to this alternatively?

Hello there
The "Customer Panel Access" email is sent when your customers ask for a password reset. The log-in URL for the customer panel needs to be added with %customer_panel_url% placeholder in "Appointment Approved" and "Appointment Pending" email templates.
So, there's no "Welcome" email, but you can edit one of the email templates to include a welcome message.
