We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Hi, I am creating an event when I would like to have extras for but I can't see that option, only appointments. It is a programme spanning 5 weeks of 3 classes with a specific start and end date so I can't do as an appointment (the classes themselves are already in there as people can join on demand that aren't part of the programme). Please help!

There isn't a possibility of creating Extras for events in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. You can create extras for services/appointments only in Amelia.
You can check out the Special days feature for employees, as with it you can override the usual work hours for the employees, and some users use only that for setting up employees' availability - without any work hours set, just special days, this isn't intended way of using the special days as they are created to override the usual work hours on some dates. But you can try that out if it would help your use case.
