We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, thanks for the answer, I comment:
- I enter "[ameliacatalog show = packages]" but it doesn't work, I don't see anything. Please, I don't know what could be happening.
- Exactly, could you add a field where the client can create his password? Or that your password is automatically created and your credentials sent to your email? I ask this because it seems very complicated for clients to have to click on a link, then have to create the wordpress password, which is no longer on my website, and generates mistrust.
I am waiting for your reply, thank you very much.
Hi again, Cesar!
Regarding your questions:
1. Yes, for example in order to show all packages (and only packages) in Amelia Catalog, you should use this [ameliacatalog show=packages].
2. I need to figure out if I understood your question correctly. Do you mean the password that a customer will use to log in to the Customer panel?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi again, Cesar!
Please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login and URL to the page where you want to insert the shortcode. We will take a look from the inside to investigate why it doesn't work.
You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket. Please make sure you post it as a PRIVATE reply, so no one else will be able to see it except us.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi, Cesar!
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
I'm afraid this is how the Catalog view was created. It shows Categories first and Services/Packages only after that.
You can choose the category through the shortcode, and skip the category selection. Like [ameliacatalog category=1]. That will display services only within category 1.
Hope that will help.Best Regards.
Hi Liza, I just tried that code too and it doesn't work either because it shows the service as well, not just the packages. What I need is to show only the packages of a certain category, thank you very much.
Hi, Cesar!
Please try this shortcode: [ameliacatalog show=packages category=1].
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi again, Cesar!
I'll have to check on the shortcode for packages. I'll test it and get back to you.
If you want to display all the categories, please use [ameliacatalog]
Best Regards.
Hi, Cesar!
I tested the shortcode a couple of times with different services and it worked.
Could you please make sure you used the right category ID and all the services from the packages belong to the same category?
Also, please try the reversal shortcode [ameliacatalog category=1 show=packages]. To make sure there's no mistyping you can just copy/paste it.
If it doesn't help, we will need to access your site with a WP admin login to investigate the case from the inside.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Cesar,
I'm glad to know it worked.
Thank you for your patience.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
