We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I would like to add the Service Description to the services when displayed in Amelia Category View. I highlighted in the copies image where it would make sense for the description or a description excerpt to be. Is there someway to do this?
I would also like to change the Blue Circles so that they say something different or remain blank circles. Is there a way to do this? I cannot find any options referring to these blue circles (I can change their color, but I cannot change their text). Highlighted in the copies image below.

Hello Michael,
There isn't a possibility of showing the service description on that step on the Catalog view in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. The service description is shown only when you choose the service (on that step ).
Regarding the circles, you can probably remove the letters/make them not be seen on the front-end from the circles with adding custom CSS. Please try adding this format HTML to the page where you have Amelia:
<style> .am-category-service-color {color:transparent !important;} </style>

Unfortunately, no, we will implement new customize options in one of the future updates to the plugin, but for now we can't say what exactly that will include. You can suggest that as a feature request here.
