    I have purchased WPDataTables, Formidable Forms add-on, all have been installed and activated. 

    I have created 3 new forms in formidable forms, all of them have test data and are the standard field options.

    When I link to the existing source and select the form and the fields and save it to create the table, I keep getting an error no matter what I do. See PNG [5]. 

    Have not been able to find any documentation when something like this occurs.

    Help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    I cant' say what's going on here without taking a look. Please tell me what's the Form ID you're trying to use, and provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. 

    You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Feel free to close this. I asked for a refund on the formidable form and purchased the gravity form add on.

    Gravity kicked out a fatal error also. I got the gravity working by installing ctype. I suspect that is what caused the error on formidable also.
