Roberta, when you booked an appointment from front-end, while still logged into your admin account, that account has been connected with the Customer that was created during booking, and you cannot change that info now.
You can go to Amelia/Customers, and delete the customer that shares your admin email address. In the future, please refer from booking anything from front-end while still logged into your admin account.
