We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi, Ahmad!

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

Could you please tell me if you updated Amelia to v3.0.2?

The reason why I ask is that in previous versions this option was not available, attachments could be seen only from the back-end. Therefore, I want to make sure you have updated Amelia.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Yes we have updated it to version 3.02. but which type of attachments can they download?

    Hi, Ahmad!

Currently .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .xls, .txt, and .csv files can be uploaded.

Can you see the attachments in the Appointments on the back-end?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I think you didn't get my question right!

You said employees can now be able to download attachments from the front-end panel. As I know file upload is not available in the custom fields for the customers that wanna book any appointment.

I thought the implementation was to enable employees to download  booking details from the front end panel.

    Hi, Ahmad!

I'm not sure I understood your last question 100%.

It actually works vise versa: Customers can upload attachments and Employees can only see and download them.

If you are looking for a feature that will allow Employees to upload attachments as well, please suggest this feature on our website. The most requested features will be implemented in the coming updates.

    Best Regards.
