We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    hey there

I've purchased and set up amelia, and integrated the google calender, - a few questions

    1) I can't see exisitng appointments that are on the google calendar on the amelia backend calender in the dashboard, is that possible?

    2) the google calendar displays the amelia booking, but it just names the title of the service, is it possible for the customer name/phone/cutom fields to also appear in google calendar?

    Hi, Peter!

Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

    1. I'm afraid I have to disappoint you: Google integration doesn't work two ways equally. Appointments from Amelia can be shown in the Google calendar and if the time slot is busy in the Google calendar, it won't be available for booking in Amelia. But the busy slots from Google calendar can't be exported to Amelia.

    2. In order to see information about Appointments in the Google calendar, you can add placeholders to the fields Event Title and Event Description which you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations ->  Google calendar settings. The same placeholders from the Amelia -> Notifications page are used here as well.
