In order for Employee to be able to edit and create appointments or change statuses you need to enable option "Manage their appointments" in the Roles Settings on the Settings page. Once you do that employee will get options to edit appointments or change statuses (by clicking on the circle of the status, dropdown will appear). For employees we have made Reject status, and Cancel is more for the customers so admin can know by the different status who canceled/rejected appointment.
I don't see anywhere on Employee Panel, if an employee could cancel an appointment. How does an employee cancel an appointment?
