We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I have an employee that will conduct many services. It is my understanding that the employee work hours will dictate the appointment availability. How can I have the same employee do this, for instance twice a year for a 1 week time span the employee will conduct parent teacher conferences in 30 minute blocks from 8:30 - 5:00. Same employee every monday and tuesday will do testing in 1 hour blocks from 10-11 and 11-12. Please advice how I would accomplish this.

    Thanks

    Lawrence

    Hello Lawrence,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Yes, the available time slots for booking appointments is configured by the employees' work hours. Under the work hours tab you can create multiple separate work time periods for each day in the week and assign different services to these (from the services assigned to this employee). The work hours are set on a weekly basis, so if you can't set them on a weekly basis you can check out the Special days feature - this option is there for you to override the usual work hours set for the employee on some dates, but some users use only this feature for setting availability for the employees, without setting up any work hours. So you can try if that will help in your use case. https://wpamelia.com/employees/
