PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STOP FUCKING WITH THE ZOOM URL PLACEHOLDER!
Two weeks ago we had everything set with our email notification to include the zoom link url placeholder using %zoom_join_url%. All of a sudden, people notified us that the link was broken. We then noticed that the placeholder was changed to %zoom_join_url_date_time%. So we went through all of our notifications and updated them. Just two days later, it was changed back, and now today, we've seen that it has changed yet again!!!
If you're going to change this kind of thing, something we rely on for TONS of appointments each day, PLEASE NOTIFY US SO WE CAN MAKE THE CHANGE. BETTER YET...PLEASE STOP FUCKING WITH THIS SO WE DON'T HAVE TO KEEP CHANGING THINGS OR GETTING MESSAGES FROM OUR CLIENTS!!!
First, I'd like to ask you to keep it professional, and avoid using curse words. Any further responses including them will be ignored.
Thank you for understanding.
As for your ticket - please refer to our documentation about Zoom integration:
We have not changed anything, and there are two different sets of Zoom placeholders:
%zoom_join_url% and %zoom_host_url% are placeholders for Appointments for your customers and employees;
%zoom_host_url_date%; %zoom_host_url_date_time%; %zoom_join_url_date% and %zoom_join_url_date_time% are placeholders for Events for your customers and employees.
When you click on a notification about an Appointment, the list of placeholders is updated with %zoom_join_url% and %zoom_host_url%, but if you select an Event notification, you will see:
%zoom_host_url_date%;
%zoom_host_url_date_time%;
%zoom_join_url_date%
%zoom_join_url_date_time%
This has been the default setup ever since we've included the Zoom integration.
