I am just getting started with an Excel file I already prepared which is 10 columns by 22 rows. I was able to import it but the table when displayed looks truncated and not visually appealing at all. I need guidance to improve. My goal is to have good responsivity on desktop and cell ph users.I provided the link where you can see this page.
Please make sure "Scrollable" feature is disabled in the Display tab above the table, and enable "Limit table width" (you can also enable Word Wrap). If that fails to display the table normally, you have a conflict with another plugin and/or theme.
wpDataTables is a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) concept based plugin. This means that the table should look the same both in back-end and in front-end. If your front-end table looks and behaves differently than in back-end, this usually implies that there is another plugin (or the current theme) that's changing the behavior of our plugin.
Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
Sure, please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/wpDataTables, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

Hello Leslie
Thank you for your purchase.

I made the suggested changes. See
https://pembrokeinstruments.com/test-table-page/
Is this what is expected? Does not look OK. I don't see this plugin software being very responsive.
I have just had this a few days. If you can't fix this, I request a refund.
The table looks much better in preview mode then on the actual web page.

Hi Alexsandar-
We turned off other plugins and problem persists.
We are long invested in the Impreza theme. They say they have not tested your plugin. We can't transition to a new theme because of any pne plugin.
Could we get a refund as we only had this a few days. Much appreciated.
