We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Dear TMS Plugins Support,

    As I am (for now) a one-man-show, having an employee column in the customer's panel is quite bad...also considering I am not an employee :)

    I know I can change the name per se using poedit, but I was wondering if there is some code that can completely hide that column from the customer's panel.

    Thank you kindly!

    best,

    Christian

    Hi, Christian!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    In order to change the label "Employee", please go to Amelia -> Settings -> Labels, and replace Employee/Employees with a more suitable word.

    If you want to hide the Employee from the Customer Panel on the front-end, you'll have to use a custom CSS. Please provide us with log-in credentials to the Panel and we'll find the CSS selectors you need to use.

    Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi, Christian!

    Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

    I've forwarded your inquiry to our developers. Once they reply, I'll get back to you with their solution.

    Best Regards.

    Hi, Christian!

    It's me againsmile.png

    So, our developers sent this code:

    <style>
    .am-assigned {display: none !important;}
    .am-cabinet-list-head {display: none !important;}
    .am-cabinet-flex-row-middle-align > .am-cabinet-limited-col:nth-child(2) {width: 75% !important;}
    .am-cabinet-flex-row-middle-align > .am-cabinet-limited-col:nth-child(3) {display: none !important;}
    .am-cabinet-row > .el-col {width: 50% !important;}
    </style>

    Please insert it into a page with the Customer Panel.

    Hope it will work.

    Best Regards.

    Dear Liza,

    I just noticed: with that code, in the events, the number of periods still appears, which is very confusing. How do you hide that column as well? I have attached a screenshot

    Thank you!

    Hi, Christian!

    Please replace the previous code with this one:

    <style>
    .am-cabinet-list-head {display: none !important;}
    .am-cabinet-dashboard-appointments .am-cabinet-flex-row-middle-align .am-cabinet-limited-col:nth-child(2) {width: 75% !important;}
    .am-cabinet-dashboard-appointments .am-cabinet-flex-row-middle-align .am-cabinet-limited-col:nth-child(3) {display: none !important;}
    .am-cabinet-dashboard-appointments .am-cabinet-flex-row-middle-align .am-cabinet-limited-col:nth-child(3) {display: none !important;}
    .am-cabinet-dashboard-events .am-cabinet-row > div:nth-child(2) > div > div:nth-child(1) {
      visibility: hidden !important;
    }
    .am-cabinet-dashboard-events .am-cabinet-row > div:nth-child(2) > div > div:nth-child(3) {
      right: 20px !important;
      position: absolute !important;
    }
    </style>

    Hope that will work the way you require.

    Looking forward to hearing from you.
