We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

The wpDataTables plugin for my wordpress site kept reverting data changes (3-4 times over the past few months).
Went to update the plugin from v2.1.3 to v2.1.7 and now I'm getting critical errors on the WordPress admin portal and public facing website (http://texasfryerparts.com).
I'm adding the screenshots of the errors I got. I received an email from the wordpress (wp 5.2) critical error email and went thru the troublshooting steps and reached the point where it says to reach out to the host for assistance. Spoke to GoDaddy wordpress host and they directed me to you. I'd appreciate any help you can provide to get this site back up and running correctly.

Thank you for your purchase.
The version 2.1.7 is actually the version of wpDataTables Lite, not the full version.
You received the log-in credentials for our store when you purchased the plugin, so please log in there, and download the full version.
Then, go into wpDataTables settings, and make sure "Prevent deleting tables in database" check-box is enabled. After that you can delete the currently installed version of the plugin, and upload and install the new one previously downloaded from our store.
If the issue is still happening after that, please provide me a temporary wp-admin (administrator) user, so I can take a look.
Please note that this is a public ticket, so make sure to enable the PRIVATE response when leaving credentials.
