We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello, I have a conflict with the mailerlite woocommerce plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/woo-mailerlite/ and Amelia. I really need to use this plugin and if push comes to shove I will need this over Amelia. Is there anything I can do to overcome the conflict?
Hello Craig,
Unfortunately, there is a conflict between Amelia and the Woo MailerLite plugin. They both use the same package from a third party tool and are conflicting . There is some solution that you can try out - comment the whole file:
/wp-content/plugins/woo-mailerlite/vendor/clue/stream-filter/src/functions.php
so, replace the content with:
When an update occurs, this fix will have to be re-implemented again. But , these packages are used for a lot of functionalities by both plugins, so there's a chance something will not work as expected when you do this. So you can try it out.
I forwarded this to one of our developers to see if there is any solution to this conflict at the moment (with the updated versions of the plugins/tool). So I will get back to you when I get a feedback from them.
Hello Craig,
Update - there isn't anything else that could be done regarding this conflict from our side, unfortunately.
One of our users recently raised that this is causing the conflict - Clue Stream https://github.com/clue/stream-filter/issues/26 But we checked and Amelia has the newest version of it, so it can be checked on the MailerLite's side if they use the newest version and if that would fix the issue.
Hello Marija,
Thank you for your help. You have been much more helpful than Mailerlite. I will forward on your suggestions and ask my developer to look into this.
Kind regards,
Craig
You are welcome, Craig.
I hope the suggestions will help out.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
