1. You can only hide that row with some custom CSS:
div:nth-child(1) > form > div:nth-child(3) > div > div > div:nth-child(1) {
display: none !important;
}
2. Please check your employee's working hours. If you modified Global Working hours in Amelia settings after you've added an employee, you will need to edit employee's working hours, since they override global working hours.
3. You can only add the cancellation URL with %appointment_cancel_url% placeholder, but the rescheduling needs to be done through the Customer Panel.
