We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    1)  the forgot password for amelia customer  only sends the 'customer panel' link to the customer's email and when we go to the link, it shows the same sign in page of the customer panel. how can the customer reset their account if they forgot their password?

    2) I manage to make default role as amelia customer, but they cant access the customer panel  with that account unless they make their first appointment. How to fix this?

    Num 1 is fixed, i just realize i need to insert the %customer_panel_url% on the notifocation part. sorry.


    But im still stuck at num 2

    Glad to see you  managed to find a solution to Q1 , thank you for letting us know.

    2) There isn't a possibility for a WP user to access the panel, even though they have the Amelia Customer role, unfortunately. Only customers created in Amelia -> Customers can access the panel, and they can be created automatically when they book an appointment in Amelia or manually in the back-end of Amelia on the Customers page.
