In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have a problem with my booking:
When I opened my schedule, a part of my clients are waiting, and it's possible that more than one, enter at the same time at the same day, and they booked the same service.
After, i need to contact and re-programe the service to other date, because the 2 are in them same day, at same hour.
We can do with this?

Firstly, I would like to sincerely apologize for the delayed response as we have been experiencing an unusually high number of tickets. I am sorry that it has taken longer than usual to respond to your concern and your patience is highly appreciated.
If your services don't have Maximum Capacity above 1, and your customers are able to book the appointment with the Pending status above Max capacity, you probably have "Allow booking above maximum capacity" enabled in Amelia Settings/Appointment settings.
So, if you wish the time slot to close after Max capacity is reached, disable that setting. You can enable "Allow booking below minimum capacity" since that allows multiple users to book an appointment until the Maximum capacity is reached.
