We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I purchased the amelia plugin but after I set it up, I'm not able to load google Maps on adding a location event though I have provided a google maps API key, also the CSS for the employee front end is not loading well. The dashboard also doesn't load some pages(Appointments, locations, events, etc) in Mozilla firefox.
Hello Brefo,
Thank you for your purchase.
Regarding Google Maps API in Amelia, you need to enable all necessary APIs in your Google Console:
Also, you have to add your billing account. You can read more about this here.
After doing that you should enter the Google Map API Key in Amelia -> Settings -> General Settings.
also the CSS for the employee front end is not loading well
Could you please send me screenshots of the issue? Maybe it is a conflict with another plugin, do you have maybe some optimizing/caching plugin?
The dashboard also doesn't load some pages(Appointments, locations, events, etc) in Mozilla firefox.
Could you please tell me does it appear on other browsers? If it does, this is probably a conflict with another plugin, please deactivate any caching/optimizing plugins or similar and check if the issue is gone, there isn't anything in Amelia that could cause this difference (on Mozilla only).
