We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

I'm having an issue with the display width.

When displaying the catalog, the services are organized in 2 columns, not three.  When I try to change the page type in Wordpress to one of the full width options, nothing changes.  I've even tried forcing the section to full width in Elementor settings, but it just widens the individual tiles.

When you click on a service, the "Service Info" and "Appointment Types" (I relabeled "Employees" to "Appointment Types") have weird spacing, as if there isn't enough space for them to extend the full width, like the service description above.

I'll include access information in a private reply, can you help me to resolve this?

    Thank you!

I'm still having issues with how Amelia displays on my site, see attached screenshot of the step-by-step view.  It's as if some setting is keeping the dimensions restricted, so that there isn't enough space width-wise to display properly.  I've tried adjusting the page settings to full-width and also making sure the section that contains Amelia is set to full-width, but that doesn't affect the dimensions of the widget.

Credentials are the same as provided below in the private reply, can you help?

    Thank you!
