Hi! I have a spa with fixed time slots and a few services - its important that customers can use existing giftcards, and that we can sell giftcards/packages - and additionally we want to sell recurring monthly memberships that include different packages (example, 2 credits for bookings of service X per month - that also expire monthly and recur bill through woo) - is there support/a way to do this in amelia, or alongside woo membership/subscription or other plugins?
Also, if a customer has bought (or redeemed from giftcard) a booking, and cancels within allowed time period - does the credit remain in their account to use again? Is re-schedule an easy process?

Thank you for your interest in Amelia.
I’m sorry for disappointing you, but there isn't a possibility for Gift cards in Amelia with its current built-in features. Only coupons are available in Amelia, which can be sent to customers after they book some appointments in Amelia, but there isn't a way for customers to buy only Coupons and some automation process like that, so the coupons wouldn't probably help much for your use case.

Our plugin does have integration with WooCommerce (more information on our website) but it is not possible to use woo gift cards, unfortunately.
Also, there's no such a feature as membership in Amelia. The closest options are Recurring Appointments and Packages. However, none of them allows automatic renewal. Please note that Packages don't support coupons and available only for Pro and Developer licenses.
