I can't select the Services that I want to add to a new Package. I can see them, but can't select them. When I click on the services in the drop-down nothing happens.
Please advise.

The same solution I recommended on the other ticket you opened can be applied here as well:
If you tested booking or accessed the panels while logged in to the WordPress back-end as an Admin, another role was added to your user - customer or employee - so you have now mixed permissions in Amelia.
You should check in your Customers list on the Amelia -> Customers page if there is a customer with your WP user's email address. If there is then delete him, and check if you can add Services to a Package again.
