There isn't anything from within Amelia that could be causing this, so this is coming from something else on your website - could you please deactivate any optimizing/caching plugins that you have and see if the issue is gone afterwards?
Thank you for putting my mind at ease that these symptoms are not Amelia related Marija. I have found the plugin causing the problem and have deleted it. Everything now works again. PLugin update related issues are the bane of Wordpress. It is so hard to figure out if a plugin itself is causing a problem or if a conflict with one or more other plugins is causing the problem. To save much time, can you recommend a plugin or process to test whether Amelia or another plugin is causing Amelia to not render correctly?
Glad to see the issue is gone, thank you for letting me know.
Well, there isn't such plugin for checking if it is a conflict or not, unfortunately issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WP. And the only way to see if the plugins are conflicting is by deactivating one of them and see if the issue is gone. I could tell that is probably some conflict, as that isn't a common behavior and we don't have such issues with users, so the most probable reason is your website/server configuration or a conflict - so deactivating other plugins that could be impacting the front-end view should help in finding out if it is a conflict or not.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
Starting this morning the appointment booking catalog shows on Firefox but not on Chrome or Edge.
Can you confirm this? What to do?
PS the service catalog should show up beneath the "Book a zoom appointment" header.
PSS neither on a open or private browser page. Cache has been emptied on both the website and the browsers.
