When I go to the Appointments section of the plugin and click to create a new appointment, the Category and Services drop-downs are empty. It just says "No Data".
I can't type anything in. It's not seeing the existing Services or Categories.
Please advise.

You probably booked an appointment while logged into your admin account.
Please look for a customer with your admin email, and delete that customer. Then delete cache from the website and test again.
Let us know if it worked.
